Sinéad Meehan Psychotherapy
About Me
I’m Sinéad Meehan, a Psychotherapist in training offering low-cost therapy in Central Exeter. As a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist, I draw on a range of methodologies to fit Clients' needs, always open to what is brought in the moment. I've also trained as a mindfulness teacher and at the heart of my practice, I believe the mind and the body are intimately linked.
I understand that at some point in our lives, we all experience a sense of being stuck or feeling pain. During these times, finding meaning in our experiences may feel impossible. Through psychotherapy, I offer a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where we can explore your feelings and emotions.
I genuinely believe you have within you the inner strength and resources to live a fulfilling life and I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood and seen.
Central to this work is how we relate to each other, and I offer the space to develop an open, trusting dialogue and to work at your own pace. The therapeutic space will allow time to slow things down, cultivate self-awareness and gain insights that enable change and growth.
